Reporting a file that won't convert

Please don't attach your bank statement. Instead, tell me:

the bank and country;
the account type (checking, current, savings or credit card);
the export option you chose (for example “CSV” or “Download to spreadsheet”);
the column headings in the first row, and one example row with the numbers changed.

That's enough to add support for a new layout without anyone seeing your real data.
